With over eleven years of experience, I practice therapeutic massage as a conversation between my hands and your body. Each session is built around you—starting with techniques most likely to help, then adjusting based on how you respond. What works for one person may do nothing for another, so I only use what your body actually responds to. Every treatment is custom-built in the moment, guided by results rather than a fixed routine.
I’ve invested heavily in continuing education—many of those courses multi-disciplinary, blending osteopathic, chiropractic, and physiotherapy perspectives. That training lets me see the body from several angles and bring those tools into my work within the scope of massage therapy.
When massage alone isn’t enough, I draw on a wider toolkit—deep oscillation, shockwave therapy, and body tempering—to reach what hands can’t. The goal is always the same: find what your body responds to, and keep going until it does.
